Investment drive on Costa Rican roads

The Costa Rican Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MOPT) has awarded Ineco the administrative, legal and environmental contract for the Transport Infrastructure Programme and promotion of Public-Private Partnerships (PIV-APP).
