This is Costa Rica\u2019s second largest airport Costa Rica and its international traffic has not stopped growing in recent years \u2013exceeding one million passengers in 2016, 30% more than in 2015\u2013 thanks to its strategic position and tourist attractions.<\/p>\n<p>The awarded contract will cover the definition of the construction project for the runway expansion and the rehabilitation of the airfields.
